My queen size bed and box springs set was delivered on time by professional, polite, helpful young men. They even advised me that my old bed frame could be easily be converted from a full size frame to a queen size frame and they would do it on the spot and return the bed frame I had purchased. I totally appreciate this type courtesy and professionalism in today's world of mostly inconsiderate, rude people with no regard for customers/consumers ! I notified Dillards of my appreciation and complimented the young men who delivered my merchandise. Today's world of "me,me,me" can use all the courtesy and professionalism it can muster up ! I hope Dillard's appreciates these exceptional young men !!
