I had a very bad experience. I purchased a 2014 Chevy On May 2016. I left the rental truck there because i trusted the salesmen to take care of it! DO NOT trust them. Someone ran into it and left me with the liability! They never bothered to call to let me know my tags came in. with everything going on with the rental I was hesitate to call about some issues i noticed with the truck. it vibrates so bad once it hits the 60/70 mph on the freeway. the seat belt in the back center seat is broken or not installed correctly. I called 6/30 and the lady said she was sorry to inform me but due to being over 10k they weren't able to fix it. which according to them they do a 99 point inspection before the vehicle is driven off. I guess they missed 2 of the 99 points of inspection. the salesmen are arrogant. and the general mgr will never call you back after he said he would!
