Trucks have bedbugs! !!!

Our first move with them was good. We used them a second time and got bedbugs. Mike proceeded to call us "dirty motherf*****s and dont call him with bull****". We moved the exact same bed a ye ago with no problem but this time the truck was dirty and unkempt!!!!! He is rude and unprofessional don't give him a dime!!

This moving company is completely unprofessional and unreliable in my experience.

Movers were scheduled to be at my residence at 10:00am to move my belongings to a new address. At 10:20, after not receiving any type of notification they would be late, I called the company and spoke with Eugene King. He informed me that things were taking longer with the mover scheduled before me. He stated that he would call me back in 30 minutes no matter what and that movers would be at my residence in 45 min. By 11:40 (almost 1.5 hours) I had not received the phone call that was PROMISED by Eugene King so I called the company and left a voicemail for him to please call me back for an update on the movers' status. AGAIN, I did not get a call back. I called back 30 minutes later and finally spoke to Mr. King again regarding the status. He then stated movers were still with the first scheduled appointment and did apologize for the inconvenience. He said the movers would be at by residence between 2:45-3:00pm and then proceeded to blame me for not filling out an inventory page, WHICH I WAS NEVER GIVEN!

By 3:10pm I had not received a phone call saying the movers would be late or need to reschedule. I called the company and no one answered. At 3:30pm I called the company AGAIN and left a voicemail asking them to please call me back and let me know if they were going to be able to move my belongings today. By 5:30 I still had not received a return phone call and was forced to find different movers. I had to call 5 different companies before I thankfully found someone who GENUINELY cared about customer service and was willing to help me first thing the following morning.

I have had a horrible and nightmarish time dealing this company and do not recommend their service to anyone!
