WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ENGLISH, WHEN I CALLED THE FIRST TIME, THE LADY DID NOT LET ME EVEN TALK, SHE WENT STRAIGHT TO ASK ME FOR THE LICENSE PLATE AND NAME(VERY RUDE). THEN I ASKED TO WAIT A MIN WHILE I WENT TO GET THE CARD TO PAY FOR AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME. THEN , I CALLED FOR THE SECOND TIME AND THE SAME PERSON I GUESS; BECAUSE SHE DID THE SAME PROCEDURE AS DESCRIBED BEFORE, PUT ME ON HOLD FOR A LONG TIME, THE THIRD TIME I CALLED IN SPANISH AND THE LADY WHO ANSWERED WAS VERY NICE. SHE TRANSFERRED ME TO THE "RIGHT REPRESENTATIVE", THAT OFCOURSE ANSWERED IN ENGLISH, BUT ANYWAYS, THIS PERSON AGAIN IN ENGLISH WAS VERY RUDE AS WELL, AND I AM NOT DISCRIMINATING, NUT BEING THAT I SPEAK BOTH LANGUAGES FLUENTLY, I THINK AM MORE THAN CAPABLE TO CRITICIZE THE HORRBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ENGLISH THAT THIS COMPANY HAS.
