Provided by YP.comI feel the need to write this review because others' reviews have helped me to get on the path of getting my money back.
Legacy Housing Outlet aka KLS Enterprises Inc. would not refund me a deposit I had made. They would not return my calls or just plain ignore them. It should not have been as difficult as it was to get my money returned to me by this company. I was forced to contact Texas Dept of Housing and Community Affairs because it was the only way to get my hard earned money back. Do not recommend Legacy Housing Outlet. Do not sign anything or give them money unless you read contracts or get advice from a lawyer. Find another reputable manufacturing company before going to: Legacy Housing Outlet

Provided by YP.comBought a 2012 Legacy two bedroom mobile home, from day one I had rain between my windows, water came in around the back door and window in back door. A.C. had too be recharged two times in less than two years, was told the A.C. was a 2010, I got in 2012. Told I had leak's in the Evaporator Coil most likely ( rust )because the drain line was going up hill and was now under dirt. And we are not over yet. With in the last couple of month's my roof has a leak. This month This is four year's old

Provided by YPmobileWe bought a Legacy Home because it was the only company that would finance us.. And that's with $45k we gave down. Long story short it has been a nightmare! Repairs back and forth. Arrive at our homesite in RGV like if it had been through the wringer... The Texas Dept of Housing and Community Affairs Manufactured Homes Division helped us a lot in resolving most structural issues.

Provided by YPmobileI lost my home to a fire in February. After a month my family & I were ready to buy a new home. We went to LHO in Fort Worth, Tx which was a mistake. The whole experience with that company has been wose than losing it all to a fire! After a $10,000.00 down payment, they wanted another $5,000.00. After a month of holding up our money they wanted another $1,650.00, with our life savings gone they promised a fully set up home & not to even metion all the other problems we've had with this company. To make a it short we are in a home from them(not the one we picked out) we have been in it 3 months & we have no underpinnings nor does out 220 for our dryer work! Over 3 months in a news home & we cant dry our clothes. The experience from start to finish has been one of the worse experiences of my life. Please do NOT buy from them, I know it was a mistake I made that I hope no one else makes.
