For my money Mark is the best attorney in North Texas if not statewide. He takes the time to first listen before making any kind of decision or move on your behalf.

Mark Scott is an outstanding attorney. I don't know the cases of these people that are leaving negative comments, but my case was definately one to get me 5-99... Mr Scott got me a 5 yr deferred adjudication... I owe this man my freedom!! D.King

Mr. Scott is a caring, concerned, and well informed attorney who goes above and beyond for his clients. I do not know why some people will not pay an attorney, but still expects the attorney to represent them. All my family and friends have used Mr. Scott and only wish that all attorneys had the same ethical values!

I would never recomend him to my worst enemy all they want is your MONEY! Dont care about the case or about helping you.This is such a Diva not showing up for court dates going on vacation in the middle of felony court sending everybody and their momma to see the clients but him. worst ever only cares about getting paid!

I am in the process of suing a so-called "client" of Mark D. Scott. Like his client, Mark Scott talks a big game, shuffles paper, and behaves in a cocky harrassing manner on the telephone by making creepy statements such as "drop your case and we'll work something out." His behavior is normally reserved for people who not only understand the law to the fullest extent but understand the power of conjecture. Instead, Mark Scott clogs our legal system and law enforcement personnel with garbage. This guy is a leech and a sponge, this is how he makes his living. Mark D. Scott is an insult to all attornies -not matter how bad they are at practicing law.
