This business is very unprofessional & worst customer service ever! Mailbox always full, doesnt return calls & if you do get an appt. she doesnt show or is late! Avoid the headache & dont waste your time or money! Look at all the reviews. All negative, what does that tell you?

After purchasing deals through Groupon (they are not to blame) my friend and I made two appointments (to get eyelash extensions for her wedding) with Lash Out Loud in Fort Worth, TX for Sunday 9/30/2012 at 2:00pm and 3:00pm. When we arrived we went into the building where they share office space with other small businesses. We were a little early for the first appointment but when we found the suite, there was a note taped to the door from a customer that had come by on 9/29/2012 for their appointment and no one showed up and that the voice mailbox was full. We too tried to call 817-975-6704, the number listed for the company with the same result. I do not recommend anyone do business with this establishment. The absolute worst! I have since found other reviews regarding this place and it appears as if they have a bad habit of poor service. RIDICULOUS!!!!

Loving my beautiful lashes I went through chemo and the loss of my lashes has been very upsetting!! Until purchasing a groupon for extensions..I called before purchasing talked to the owner "extremely nice" answered all my questions and was patient with my many concerns.

Angel the technician very beautiful made my Barely there lashes, lash out longer and my happiness louder!

DON'T DO IT!

I bought a deal on Groupon. It took 3 weeks before anyone answered the phone. I finally was able to make an appt. and drove 38 miles. She didn't show up. She later tried to say she had sent me a text saying she had a dentist appt. I got no text. Wasted time, gas money and felt totally ripped off. Groupon refunded my money.

BEWARE!!!!! Bought a deal on yourbestdeal.com for a full set of lashes for Company Eyelashdallas AKA lash out loud. On the website there is no contact phone number just email, emailed them for an appointment two weeks ago, still no response. Called the number on the coupon and it's disconnected. Searched the web for additional numbers, one wrong number and another disconnected. Tried to reach yourbestdeals.com for refund and have had no response. BEWARE!!!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! If you do not heed my warnings, you will learn the hard way.

Choose the Mink Extensions if your wanting a Very Natural look,

i extended my lashes to a longer look and they arent scratchy feeling like synthetics can be.



Storri, is awesome and explained in detail all the diffrent lash shapes and Do's and Dont's.

My overall experience was wonderful and she extended me a 2nd Returun offer for my Refill!!
