A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I took 10 name brand items to the store in July. I returned 60 days later to find that only ONE of my items was accounted for on my account. The owner suggested a terrible offer for my items that THEY either lost or sold! She just kept saying that it wasn’t her problem. After a heated discussion with the owner, she refused to reimburse me that day. She said she would not pay me until they had a chance to look for my items. She also said to me, and I quote, "If you loved your stuff so much then why did you bring it here?!" She also said that she is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any items in her store. A few days later they called me and said they found my clothes. I had already been there twice and the store is a 40 minute drive from where I live, so my husband offered to go this time. There should have been 8 items to pick up. They sent him back with 7 items, and only 2 of the seven items were even mine! They sent me home with someone else’s clothes!! Obviously they either LOST my items or SOLD/STOLE them. I called them to explain this and the employee ASSURED me they would call me back after she spoke with the owner. Two weeks passed by and I still had not received a call back. I called the store and spoke with the owner again. She IMMEDIATELY became verbally abusive with me and said, again I quote, "Your clothes are dated, worn, and UGLY"! She just kept screaming that over and over and refused to listen when I tried to explain to her that 5 items she returned were NOT EVEN MINE!!! I asked her what I was supposed to do with these clothes that belonged to someone else and her response was "Get rid of them". I then asked her again about being reimbursed for my items and she hung up on me. The owner of this store really feels no responsibility to care for any of her customers belongings. She never made any attempt to correct the situation and took absolutely no responsibility whatsoever for what happened in her own place of business! She might want to take a look at herself and how she runs her business before hurls insults and nasty comments at customers who only expect to be treated fairly.

THIS STORE WILL STEAL YOUR ITEMS WITHOUT A SECOND THOUGHT AND THE OWNER IS A RUDE, MEAN AND NASTY INDIVIDUAL.



THIS PLACE IS TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS.
