This place needs a complete renovation and education in etiquette and in courtesy. You have the most disrespectful and selfish people running this establishment and it's reflected in every you all do or don't do for tenants. This is November and it's a shame that our water must be off for days! Then the office is never opened during the hours in which YOU GUYS LIST ON YOUR WEBSITES AND Voicemail. Why is that? I came to the office today @ 3p, the sign says open. I try to open the door but it's locked. I look inside and an unfriendly character walks up to the window and turns the sign to closed, only to return at midnight? These people are tools. This of course won't change how rude you all are but at least it's documented. You all suck!

After I had moved in within 10 days my apartment was broken into! A month later my window was shot out. They allow kids to run rampant all over the property tearing up people's vehicles. The kids are constantly throwing trash and messing up my satellite dish. The best part of all is all balconies is they have holes on the porch, so if you have an upstairs neighbor who chooses to have a dog deprecate out on the balcony everything falls through onto your patio! I'm finding out that a lot of the apartments have BED BUGS. Other tenets are having to get rid of their belongings because they're telling me so! I found out my apartment is infested with roaches:( There's also a lot of drug activity in here and I am so sickened by the mentality of the office staff. I think they're nice but they're overwhelmed with a bad situation and having to cover up the tragedy of the complex! Do not move here! I'm living in squalor:(
