This company retaliates if you try to enforce contract terms. We agreed to provide services to them, they consistently failed to meet their obligations in regards to payment, and their VP became hostile. After the attached email chain and a complaint to their CEO, they became retaliatory, did everything in their power to cut us out of the agreement, and coerced our employee to work for a competitor.
