"10 minute oil change" that took over an hour- requested a basic oil change but was given high mileage oil that they charged me an additional $21 bucks for. My car has 29k miles- NOT high mileage. $65 for a basic oil change? NEVER again!

Ive been getting my car serviced here for the last 3 years.. I am always greeted promptly and serviced quickly. The staff is always proffesional and courteous. These guys do it right every time.

I was extemely pleased with the service on my vehicle at the Kwik Kar on Bryant Irvin Road. The staff was curteous and pleasant and went out of their way to be patient and respectful. The place with neat and clean which is important to me.



I will be back and I will tell my friends about my wonderful experience. You have a new and loyal customer.



After reading the other comments, I was pleasently suprised.

After paying for a full service oil change... I found that my radiator was completely empty.. so was the windshield fluid. The tire pressure was also left very low in one of my tires... they didnt check this either as indicated on my receipt.... Oil filter was also left loose causing the new oil to leak.. thank goodness i discovered all this before having a major car repair bill.... this is totally unacceptable service and I will never bring them my business.
