Zero Stars were earned. ZERO my experience is pretty much the same as the very worst you have read times four years. I am interested in meeting with those of you who have serious concerns about this practice. I now have a new doctor who after only two appointments I am miraculously feeling better with LESS drugs, yes LESS. I am weaning off all that crap Dr Kuper kept shoving at me. It sickens me to read about how horribly people have been and continue to be treated.

I feel his treatment or lack of which is neglect and would like to speak to other patients interesting in a class action. After reading my file I realizes that they've put disparaging remarks in my file. Making it difficult to find another DR. I've spent the last 3 months trying to find another physician if you are interested please email uwishi2@aol.com

This doc is a fraud you are treated like you are not even human and these people talk bout you there is no professionalism at all. I have been going seen may and I had my records sent to them and they Still can't show me a single record they changed my meds from day one no warning .I had withdrawal symptoms and he said there wasn't any thing they could do this pa dance has changed my meds again and told me dr kuper must have changed them I haven't ever seen Dr Kuper they continue to tell me it is the insurance company this office is a make shift place till some get serious sick and Sue for playing with people I'm getting my lawyer to check them out for real don't come here you will be screwed

I have had 3 appts. at Dr. Kuper's office and have yet to meet him. My first appt... was surprised that I was immediately directed to his PA. who insisted that I have the shots, although I had some serious concerns about it and he didn't even have my MRI or any of my medical records, yet he was intent on doing this procedure anyway. Then I was told they were out of the anesthetic to numb the area so I would have to take the needle directly into the nerve. Excruciating! The shot did nothing to help with my pain, only gave me a migraine for days. He also told me he would refill my prescription for 90 pills (Same as prescribed by my PCP) but when I got to the pharmacy the script was for 60, No one talked to me about the change to my script. So like an idiot, I accused my pharmacist of making the mistake. Yet, when I called Dr. Kuper's office to verify, NO ONE could give me an explanation, including the PA who wrote the script. I was told I needed to come back in for counseling the following week . I was not given any other instructions, I had to reschedule this appt due to a family emergency. When I arrived for my RESCHEDULED appt. Counselor told me that was a "red flag" against me. What??? I was asked if I had brought my medication with me, I was never told that I needed to, that was another "red flag". I was asked if I could drive home to get it. I live 20 miles from the Drs. Office and so refused. Another "red flag". Because I could not give a UA immediately but had to wait a 15-20 mins, I got another "red flag." WTH! I was told that I HAD TO come in the following week in order to get my refills. No excuses, No rescheduling. I went in, after many arrangements for transportation, cost of gas and rearrangement of scheduling for a ride, and some other complications, thinking that I was going to see DR. KUPER, at long last, for my refill, instead I saw the physical therapist, I was not informed I would be coming in for PT, and since I had not been told beforehand, I had not been prepared to stay later, Another "red flag"? And the final kicker, there was NO ONE in the office that could write my refill! After much arguing about the fact that I was out of medication, I had to make additional arrangements for the following day. Are you kidding me! I have been insulted, lied to, treated as if I were a child who has misbehaved. No one has any inclination to answer my questions or give me required information, I have been disrespected and have not received even the slightest hint of professionalism. I'm so done with Dr. Kuper and his staff, Misinformation, incompetence, bad attitudes and wasted time and money. I still have not even met this Dr. Kuper in the flesh. So.... If you have a referral for this Dr, get another one. Do not waste your time or efforts here, because they will not be willing to put forth the same for your benefit.
