Established in 2002, Krisnik has a well defined vision, a strong sense of values and a guiding principle that includes a long-range quality minded approach to business. As a leading management and development company, we strive to use our vast business experience to provide value to our clients and employees. Mission Statement: To aggressively grow the company by selectively acquiring, developing, and managing hotels and to deliver unconditional guest satisfaction every step of the way. After co-owning a 21 room independent motel in in CecilGA, I (Anil Patel) married my beautiful and kind-hearted wife Aswini in 1988. We are both from a hotel background. We moved to Arlington, Texas in 1989.After seeking jobs we both started off. I began working in a local convinient store as a store manager and then moved on to managing a Domino's Pizza. My wife was working for a chain of Hallmark stores as a store manager. Within a couple of years we had saved enough to invest in a motel with other family members. We moved to Greenville Texas to help run and renovate the motel. Moving right along, I started attending classes and seminars about construction and with my partners we began our first construction of a Comfort Inn in Decatur Texas. Now 15 years later I have been involved in constructing over 27 franchise hotels. In 2004 my wife and I opened our own construction and management company (Krisnik). Since then we have both developed and now manage two hotels and are now going on to our third.
