Howard was very professional and prompt! Gave us an estimate for tilling up our front yard, replacing with St Augustine sod. The estimate was 1500 less than a previous estimate. Set a date to start and said he would have it done by Saturday. Chastin kept us up to date with texts so we knew when they would be here, status on the grass and everything went exactly as they promise. Our yard looks great. I would recommend KNI Landscaping to everyone. Howard and Chastain are professional, honest, hard working and very reasonable! If you want someone with integrity call them you will not regret it. Thank you Howard and Chastain you guys Rock and our yard looks amazing

Great overall experience for my wife and I. Hired KNI to do a custom Cedar fence. Price was reasonable and the quality was above our expectations. We didn't realize it until they started but we noticed they use screws instead of nails so that gave us more satisfaction knowing the pickets won't be separating anytime soon.

I will say that we did read over about half the reviews before hiring and were a little hesitant at first but Howard seemed to have a lot of knowledge and is fast to respond when we had questions. I highly recommend this team with no reservations. Can't wait to have them back to install our grass next spring.

Wow where do I start... I did a lot of research and price checking before choosing kni landscaping. I will be fair to say that a handful of reviews had me hesitate just a little. But once the tear down ended and the building started, all my worries went out of the window. Let me first say that Howard is very talented and knows what he is talking about. I had other guys come talk to me and it was like talking to a wall. When howard talks, he speaks with authority and presence. My fence came out great and everyone talks about how good it looks at every gathering I have. Its been a few months since it was done and it still looks brand new. I know I will enjoy this thing for many many years. Job well done and I do qualify Howard and his team as top professionals in their field

Prompt and professional! They did a great job with my initial mowing service so I decided to have them come out biweekly. This week I asked them to mow a day earlier than originally planned and they fit me in no problem. Would definitely recommend KNI Landscaping and Fencing to everyone!

I had a party last weekend and needed my yard to be serviced immediately since the majority of the party would be taking place in my back yard and I had no time left to do it myself.
