Very disappointed in this company. I have been in senior healthcare for over 10 years and they need some help! My mom needed home health care after shoulder replacement surgery and we were referred to Klarus. What a joke! They couldn't keep up with a "schedule" and she went 8 days without a bath and without an occupational therapy visit for 2 1/2 weeks! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Worst company ever, don't leave your elderly loved ones alone with any of them! Unsanitary and incompetent.

I will start with saying, several home health agencies have taken care of my grandfather, but none as well as Klarus. He frequented the hospital often with the other home health companies; but not anymore. They are 2 steps ahead of his care, and it's like they bring the hospital to him. The nurses and therapist are wonderful. I can't say enough good things about them. Thank you Klarus!

EXCEPTIONAL CARE , they go above and beyond the call of duty in the care of their patients in home setting. They have raised the bar in home care!
