Kiwi came out in the middle of the night to help my family with a flooded room. I will definitely use them again!

I've used KIWI for the past year and could not have been more pleased by the professionalism, quality of service provided, friendliness of staff and value for the dollar. KIWI has done a great job for me and I would recommend their services to anyone.

We've been using Kiwi for several years. I love that their products don't leave that chemical smell behind. The technicians are always very quick and efficient. They've been able to keep our almost 10 year-old carpet that's lived through 6 dogs looking new. They've mangaged to get stains out of the carpet that I thought were going to be permanent.

I've used Kiwi for over 6 years and have never been disappointed. They've kept my carpet looking like new! I would recommend them to anyone that wants to have your carpet cleaned for a great price. Love their year warranties!

Very happy with Kiwi's services. I use them to have my carpets cleaned as well as my couch. They have done a great job every time and on the one occasion I was not satisfied with the technician's work, they sent someone out to redo the work correctly, promptly, and at no charge. I love their warranty program where I can get my carpets redone often at an amazing price, which is great for someone like me who has multiple dogs and horses (which sometimes entails dirty paws and boots)..I get them recleaned about once a month, which would be a LOT more expensive with a different company. Give Kiwi a call, you WON'T be dissapointed!

DON'T USE.

DON'T USE. Bonnet method just grinds dirt into carpet and makes it worse. Had to have a second tech come out and it still wasn't cleaned well. I ended up cleaning the carpet myself the next day with a borrowed Bissel and it was much better. I got the dirt marks out that they said they couldn't. It just doesn't make sense that using a bonnet to clean carpets. Another problem is how do they get into corners since they use a round machine? Please think twice maybe three times before you use them.
