Best dry cleaner experience ever with Kites. Extremely friendly, courteous and helpful staff at the Altamere location. The office is clean and offers a truly professional experience when dropping off or picking up dry cleaning. Will continue to use and recommend them.

I am relatively new to fort worth and my friends at work suggested I take my wedding gown to Kite's cleaners as it has been boxed for 25 years and has turned yellow. I was fascinated to hear the process of what a gown goes through as I just thought it was cleaned and sealed in a box. I couldn't believe it was my gown they brought out to me. It was gorgeous, no more yellow. I hope one day my daughter will want to wear this gown when she gets married. Maybe Kites could help find her a husband too! Seriously, I am amazed, they have me as a customer for life. Highly recommend this drycleaners.

I have found many decent cleaners through the years, but Kite's is the absolute best. I took my wedding gown in to be preserved and the attention I and my gown received was excellent! They look at the entire dress, top to bottom, topside and underneath for any holes, burn marks, or any other kind of damage that missed my own inspection. You are given a quote for the gown right there after it is assesed with more than one option of preservation. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. My friend told me about Kite's and glad she did. They clean and press a simple cotton shirt, to an expensive St.John outfit. I am very pleased with this business. As an added incentive, they even have doggy treats for our pets! Thank you Kites!

They know my name when I walk in the door, help me to my car with my clothes, recycle my hangers, sew missing buttons on when I don't even ask and always have 20% off coupons for my next order, not to mention they always do a great job at drycleaning & laundry. You get what you pay for and I used many different cleaners and they just do it BETTER than anyone I've found.
