Easily the best hamburger in the DFW area (STILL!!), followed closely by Dutch's and Love Shack. It is served well done which might turn people off initially, but it has tons of flavor and is very juicy. The fries are classic fast foodish fries, but I like them.

I have heard about Kincaids for years about the best Hamburgers around. We were in Ft. Worth from Carrollton and just had to stop by. My wife and I both ordered Cheeseburgers and an order of Onion Rings. I hate to say we were disappointed with the food. The burgers were large but the meat was very bland. The few Onion Rings were good but at $3.50, not that good. The atmosphere of the old grocery store was tops and it was a pleasure to look at all the memorabilia on the walls. But as far as the best Hamburger, I don't think so. Possibly in the past but not now.

Very good burgers. Neat atmosphere, very casual. Go for dinner, the lunch crowd can be overwelming.

Kincaid's is a great hamburger restaurant. This place is an institution in Fort Worth! I discovered Kincaid's while a student at Texas Christian University. On any given day during lunch you will see high school students, college students, stay-at-home moms and business professionals sitting side-by-side at the unique picnic tables. They also have an additional location in nearby suburb, Southlake. Remember to bring cash as they don't accept credit cards or checks.
