Nurse Amanda refused to see us even though we were on time with paperwork filled out. So rude and no one offered any help or solutions. Wouldn't offer a doctor's note, we were basically kicked out and told to reschedule. So RUDE

I'm new to the area and had seen their office a few times and the sign was bright and cute so I thought this would be a good place to call when my daugther became ill. When I called to schedule an appointment, the lady in the office was extremely rude. I told her that I needed to make an appointment for my daughter. Her response was, "For what." I replied that she was not feeling well and to that I got another rude response of "What's wrong." (Believe me, these responses where in a very short, rude way) I was starting to get a little upset with her but continued by telling her that my daughter was running a low grade fever. Then she said, "What location do you need?" --Okay, like I said, I'm new to the area and I called the number associated with the office that was close to my work. I didn't even know they had more than one location.-- I told her that I was calling the location off Western Center and her reponse was again, "What location? Are you calling for Keller? And you need to speak up 'cause I can't hear you." I told her nevermind and hung up.

After I hung up, I looked up their other office in Keller and it's off of Rufe Snow, so there is really no reason why I should have been asked what location.

If the doctors are good in this office, it's a shame that their front desk receptionist is giving them a bad name because first impressions say a lot and I will never use this office or recommend it.

We have been using kid care pediatrics for 4 years now and love all of the offices. We usually are with Dr. Flippo, but we also recommend Dr. Gomez. For a few sick calls we have used other doctors as well and they have all been very helpful. We are always seen right away, clean offices, friendly staff and they always call me right back from the nurses line. I give them 5 stars and recommend them to all friend and family. They have office locations in keller, western center and 35 and haslet.

Dr. Gomez is so thorough. I am so happy that he takes good care of my two children.

This is such a great place to take my children. I am happy with the care and the nurses are so helpful when I go in. Dr. Gomez is always on top of the diagnosis, and never rushes me in or out. I would definitely recommend this clinic to all!

I have been going to Kid Care for the past year with my (almost) one year old son. The staff is pretty short on the phone as the other review mentioned, though I have never experienced them being rude - harried was more like it. We usually see Dr Gomez who is wonderful with my son & takes a lot of time to answer questions (so great for a first time Mom). I recently visited Dr Pulliam when my son was sick (Dr Gomez was too booked to get in) and she was also an outstanding doctor - great bedside manner. The nursing staff have always been friendly & efficient as well. Would definitely recommend!

We have been going to the office for 5 years. We always receive quality care and love the fact that we can be seen for sick visits on the same day. They have several providers but if I have a preference I can always request to see that provider and they can usually work with me. My son has asthma and they are very good at making sure we have the medication that he needs. We have always received very good care from all of the providers that we see. The office is busy during the winter months but the staff remains friendly and they always address any concerns we have. They have two locations which makes it easier to get your sick little ones in! We love this office and would HIGHLY recommend the office and providers to anyone!

This place is so great. My kids are comfortable with the doctors, and most of all with the PCP Ms. Jennifer!! Love this place!!
