For starters the wait time is ridiculous. I waited in the drive-thru for a good 10 minutes. I know it doesn't sound bad but for the drive thru it is. Then I finally get to the order menu & I have to wait again. I waited so long that cars behind me started honking at me & leaving. once I got to the window I imagined everyone would be frantic trying to hurry but no. Everyone was moving slow. I even saw one of them on their phone. & lastly the macaroni & cheese is disgusting here for some reason. I wouldn't go back.
