I will start by saying the shop did a good job on my paint job, but would not recommend this place at all unless you want to wait a month for your car to be fixed and have them drive it around town. However i was told that my car would take 3 weeks to fix hail damage and completely paint it, it took 6 weeks for them to complete it. They never called to give me updates about what was going on I had to call and see what was taking so long. Every time I called I got a different story about what was taking so long, 1 guy said that it was at another shop for a week getting my roof done,but then when I spoke to another person he said my car was only at the other shop for 1 day. I was told many different stories about what was going on. When I went to get my car I was told that they replaced the weather stripping on my windows because they could hear wind coming in. What were they even doing driving my car to begin with (the shop they took it too for roof was just a block down the street) I've never had any problems with the wind or my windows. I looked at the weather stripping they said they replaced it was not replaced, however the shop did screw up my windows because they will not roll up all the way now. I had a small knife mark on my dash board, they also scratched up and got paint on 1 of my tinted windows ( will have to get this fixed). I checked my miles when picking up and saw that there was a extra 166 miles on my car from the time i dropped it off. Asked the owner about it and he said it wasn't from them ( I guess my miles just magically get higher as it sits there). I would never take any of my cars back to this place.

Carlos and his team are THE BEST in the DFW!!! I took my car in and he basically took care of everything from the time I handed him my keys to the time he called me to pick up my car. A Genuine man that will no doubt continue to build his clientele. Very knowledgeable, informative and trustworthy. My car looked brand new once they were done.I highly recommend Keller Haslet Collison!

I can't say enough good things about this repair shop. They go above and beyond to save you money and provide excellent service! I had a $1,000 deductible and my out of pocket cost was only $300!! They also repaired at no cost, a broken door handle that would have cost me over $100 anywhere else. They have a customer for life!

Carlos & his team are awesome they had me up & rolling in a very short time. My truck is a red color was hoping they could match the colors well guess great job fellas. I'll be to you Carlos if I ever get in another wreck thanks Aricah johnson

Carlos is great at what he does ! Always great service and answer all my questions in great detail. I wouldn't go to anyone else

Carlos has helped me in the past having 3 teen boys with trucks. Haven't had to go in awhile .Thank God. Would recommend him. Go before calling your insurance and he will give you honest advice if the damage is under your deductible.

Just picked up my truck from the shop and looks good as new! No complaints here!

A great place and a good experience and I got car back sooner than I expected! And also a very nice building !
