when they first opened they did a great job the was has gotten worse Today had to go through twice and than had to still spot clean my truck Time to find a new car wash :(

Part of my truck was damaged 2 weeks ago. I call almost daily but the manager never returns my calls

After going through the car wash in my new 2016 Kia SUV. I noticed my fog light panel was broke. Called the car wash and was told Mgr Jacob could look at it. I questioned because of the signs they have "not responsible for damages". Assured they would look anyway. Jacob told me to take to the dealership and let them know what they said. very nice to me. I was really impressed. Part/Labor total estimate $250. Called mgr Jacob this am and he acted like he didn't know who I was. Stated quickly the signs posted not responsible for damages... "so called" "mgr Jacob" had changed his tune... No longer nice. He said no because then he would be paying for everyone's damages I can only assume EVERYONE has damages. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. THE SUDDEN SWITCH IN THE WILLINGNESS TO HELP TOOK ME BY SURPRISE. I HOPE THEY ARE NOT SURPRISED WHEN MORE PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT DAMAGES. WHERE IS THE MINUS STAR BUTTON?????

The brushes are way too much. It removed paint and left deal scratches on my mirror. Not happy and will never go back. If I were you I would stay away.

Very efficient. The $5 wash does a great job. The staff is courteous and friendly.
