Called them out to replace my bathtub and install new shower fixtures and fix broken drain pipe in the wall which I already had exposed for them, they did all what they was suppose to for $1,000 I paid them , they had to remove toilet to do the job well upon reinstall of the toilet Jessie told his apprentice to put it back on well he put the wax ring on but did it backwards because instruction tell you to put wax ring on the toilet and than install toilet well the apprentice put wax ring on the sewage pipe on floor than put toilet on after doing so it was all wobbly he started to put shims on it but done a very poor job Jessie came back in did check his apprentice work I told him it was very wobbly he said he has a wobble kit but all he did was shove a piece of broken tile in the front which after looking at it made toilet sit higher in the front and not level well they left that next morning toilet not flushing right or at all I called jimmy said someone will be out Jessie came out told wife that the wobbling is pushing the wax ring all over and prob got into the. Line and he said did not want to remove it because I said tile guy for the floor was coming well I never said that at all what I said the tile will be back around the new tub by the end of the weekend nothing about floor tile he just doesn’t listen or just doesn’t want to do the job right period but he snaked the toilet it broke up some he said not a great flush but now it’s going down you might have to hold handle down well never had to do that before anyway he left with removing toilet and fixing it properly well later on late afternoon it started doing same thing except this time no flushing and leaking as well at bottom water poring out of sides I call and get nothing but a machine left 4 messages got zero response back so waited till 5 pm still no return call from them so had to get it fixed with being only bathroom come to find out the wax ring was messed and Jessie shoved a lot of wax down sewage pipe which made it way worse so spent hours cleaning that up and unclogging is installed new wax ring the correct way made the toilet level after putting it on where they did not , I PAID A $1,000 BUCKS AND SOMETHING JESSIE AND HIS APPRENTICE INSTALLED WRONG AND MADE IT WORSE ALL BECAUSE JESSIE DID NOT DO THE JOB CORRECTLY FROM THE START AND THEY PROBABLY INSTALL LOTS OF TOILETS BUT GET LAZY ON MINE AND SCREW IT UP WORSE AND JIMMY EVIDENTLY DOESNT CARE ABOUT HIS GUYS SHADY WORK ETHICS OR HE WOULD OF TAKEN CARE OF THIS ISSUE ESPECIALLY SINCE IT WAS JUST DONE A LITTLE OVER 24 hrs ago !!!!!!!! Do not waste your time call a more professional company not this guy with his band of misfits like Jessie oh pay with credit card as well that way you can put a hold on that payment until it’s fixed unfortunately I paid this clown in cash my mistake !!!!!


UPDATE 8/13/2018 Looked under my sink where John miller plumbing plumber Jessie supposedly fix the busted broken pipe well his plumbing work is leaking AGAIN BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY YOU SPEND A THOUSAND BUCKS AND GET TOTAL CRAP WORK AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE , ONCE THESE GUYS GET THEIR MONEY THATS IT .............. BEWARE !

I started using John Miller Plumbing because of a commercial job bid over 3 years ago. They bid the job at an amount and came in less than half, so I was pleased with their honesty and have been using them at home and in my business since then.

This past Sunday, we had a major commode backup at our house and since it was the weekend, I assumed that John Miller would be closed. We called another name-known plumber, and after about 90 minutes of unsuccessfully trying to unblock the backup, and my husband declining additional expenses of a camera to visually inspect and another $600.00 machine to use, because his normal auger was not working, we sent this plumber away and had to pay him $198.00 for not clearing the blocked line. I then called John Miller Plumbing to leave a message to request service for Monday, and Jimmy answered the phone. He said "Sounds like you have a problem, we'll be out in an hour." Jimmy and his co-worked showed up in less than one hour, worked in the hot afternoon sun to clear the blockage of our line, went to get a bigger auger, and cleared the stopped up line. He only charged $150.00! I was amazed and pleased. I will continue to recommend John Miller Plumbing.
