NEVER returning to this restaurant again. First of all, we always eat at Joe’s Pasta and Pizza on Clifford St., but we decided to try this place out since I had to go by Sam’s afterwards. When you walk into a restaurant, you want to feel welcomed and be greeted with hospitality and they had one waitress, a girl who was nice and greeted us in a friendly manner. I am so serious about good customer service and I have never had a bad experience customer service wise at a restaurant except for maybe slow service. This one opened my eyes! We ordered a large pizza, bread, 2 kid’s spaghettis, and one of my kids ordered a salad. She didn’t know if she wanted Italian dressing or Caesar dressing. I asked the nice waitress if she could try both of them. She said yes and then I asked her if it would cost extra, she tells me no (I have learned that you have to always ask that question EVERYWHERE you go). So my daughter decides that she likes the Italian dressing. She liked it so much, she wanted another. The waitress hadn’t come by the table in a good 5 minutes so my daughter steps up to the counter (we were sitting at the table right in front of the counter) and asks the waitress for Caesar. The waitress brings her the dressing and my daughter realizes that she told her the wrong kind. So, the waitress then brings us Italian. Our pizza comes and I ask her for one ranch dressing. While we are eating our food, she comes back another 10 minutes later and starts boxing up our pizza! Right there, she opens a box and puts it in. Didn’t ask, didn’t care. My husband was on the phone with a business call and he steps outside and then I just figure we are going to box everything up and go. So, I wait probably another 3 minutes for her to come back and I ask for a to go box for the rest. I receive the ticket from her and she has on there- the pizza, the bread, the salad, and the spaghetti’s. She did not write any of the dressings on there, so I thought ok, everything looks good, and I’ll go pay. The moody manager guy takes my ticket and doesn’t say anything, no “how was everything”, no “thank you”, notta. He just holds out his hand for me to give him my card. So he swipes it and then gives me the receipts. Still, no “thank you”, notta. I grab a menu to see how much they charge for their salad we ordered and turn my back and stand at my chair at our table. I am looking at the menu and then I look at the receipt- there are no prices on the receipt and no entries of what we ordered. Only the total price. So, I am wondering why the price was what it was and I turn back around and the guy is looking at me with a stink face I have never even seen before. I take 2 steps to the counter and I say “I was just wondering about the price on here…Can” and he didn’t even let me finish. He said, “How many ranches did you order”, and let me mention he isn’t even looking at my face. He’s looking out the door at my husband. I said, “Only 1”. And then he says “EVERYTHING COSTS HERE HON”. WOW…. Ok. And he is now looking down doing something on the counter, still not even looking at my face. I then say, “You must mean the Caesar dressings, which is why I asked the waitress if there was a charge”. She walks by and just looks at me and walks off right when I say that. He says, “They are 75 cents a piece”. So, the waitress wasn’t even going to charge us for them as she told me she wasn’t, but the guy BLINDLY added the prices to my bill. He didn’t even know how many we had because he said “how many ranches did you have?”

Seriously, drive the 4 miles to eat at JOE’S PASTA AND PIZZA on Clifford St., the prices are great and you get treated a lot better than this guy. JOE’S PASTA AND PIZZA even gives you a ranch bottle for free with your food if you ask for it!
