Do not use, I had a bad experience. The repairman they sent was not professional tried to sell me more than I needed.

I'm glad these people had better luck than I did! The owner is one of the grumpiest people I have ever met! I called 5 different companies to give me an estimate on fixing my a/c unit. This company was the only one that told me I needed a whole new unit put in. I just bought a brand new unit 4 years prior to this service call. When I told him that and asked what was wrong with it that I would need a whole enw unit he got very defensive and could not give me 1 answer as to why. All of the other companies told me the same thing....all I needed was to have another return put in because the unit wasn't able to function properly without it. As soon as I did that I have had no trouble. Boo to the grumpy owner and his effort to rip us off.

This company is so great. I called to have someone come to my house to fix my a/c, When Pat showed up i was immediately greeted with a smile and peace of mind, he explained everything to me and went right to work, the work was done fast and the right way, he even had all the parts on his truck!!!! none of that "i have to order parts" nonsense like with other companies, great prices, great people and i will be using them for every a/c and appliance need from now on, thank you

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...quick response. Had my A/C up and running colder that it has ever been. Only about an hour and a half total from phone call in to completion of work.....also very reasonably priced. Will definately use these guys again for other services

Fantastic service. Went off of reviews on this site. Took a chance, and I was so very pleased. Repairman knew what needed repairing just by hearing the noise my washing machine was making. Gave me an immediate estimate. The job was done in less than 30 minutes. From the time I left work till I got back to work was one hour. Hey for not having to wait for 4 hours for someone to repair my appliance. Thank you.

I just can't say enough for Mr Wilson and his staff! I called them this morning and sadly I wasn't in their service area. Then about 10 minutes later I got another phone call from Mr Wilson and he said that he had a tech that didn't live far and would come by around 5! Matt was here and my problem is fixed an hour later! My fridge is cooling and it's great! Please use them and email me if you have any questions, They are GREAT!

love these guys, needed next day service and got it!. Called me when they were on their way, showed up on time and repaired my dryer within 30minutes. Very Friendly and professional!

Was without A/C service on a Sunday and had called approx. 10 companies listing 24 hours service, all but one had answering machines, one had an answering service which they said they would page the tech. After waiting about 2 hours about to give up when I found Wilson & Sons on the internet. Gave him a call and he answered the phone. Described my problem he told me he was on a call and would come out after that. (I was in shock actually to talk to a person). Less than one hour later he was at my house and fixing the problem. Wish I would have found and called him first. Great communication he called to say he was on the way and called when he was here. I will use him in the future for my a/c needs.
