If I could give them a MINUS 10 rating, I would. They sold us a car for my son to drive back and forth to college, and when he went to drive off, the windows wouldn't roll down. We told the owner, Jameel Ayad, that we didn't want the car, and he offered to fix the windows.

We left the car with them and for six weeks we waited for them to get the parts and fix the windows. Finally it was time for him to go back to school and we refused to wait any longer.

We went back to the lot and they still had not fixed the windows. Plus the Check Engine light was on. They hooked up some tool to the steering wheel, then told us to drive it for 30 miles and the light would stay off but that we couldn't let the gas get close to "empty" because that makes the light come on. I told them that was ridiculous and made NO sense whatsoever. They insisted that was true and claimed they've worked on cars for 20 years. I told them I've owned easily a dozen cars in 20 years, and NOT ONCE has that ever occurred. "Low Gas" notification, yes. Check engine? Hell naw. C'mon, son. I guess I looked like Sally Plankhead or somebody if they thought I'd fall for that crock.

Anyway, we told them to keep the car and give us our money back. They said no because we'd bought the car more than 30 days ago and that we bought it with no warranty. Never mind that the fact that they offered to fix it the day we paid for it essentially voided that disclaimer.

My brother then drove up and they all got in an argument, and the mechanic got in the car and drove it back to their lot and parked it, pocketing the keys. We waited a few minutes to see if the owner would come out with the refund and he did not, saying they weren't taking the car back -- despite the fact that they had just done exactly that! Simpletons.

So we left the car there and filed complaints with the BBB, the Atty General, and ultimately sued them in Small Claims Court. Before our court date, we learned that they had sold the car. We asked again for our money back since they had sold it to someone else and they still refused.

In court, we mopped the floor with them and the judge awarded us our money back plus court costs, interest, and other fees. If dude had any sense, he'd have just refunded the money in the first place. I hope they go out of business and would not recommend ANYBODY do business with them. They are shady to the core.
