would stir completely clear of this place. Absolutely worst management team, if a team is what you call them. They are not helpful whatsoever. If you want to pay alot for rent and live in a place where you get no maintenance help then this might be the place for you. Also, while I'm here I'll let you know during summertime, the pool is maybe open twice a year. Literally was closed every day I passed it. Oh, and they never seem to answer the phone. Good luck if you chose them. Guarantee you'll move out like everyone around us.

Stay away at all costs..they are dirty and unkempt..The floors in the bathroom was bad from a preexisting leak..Tub was peeling and was supposed to be fixed before we moved in..it didn't happen..Bill Sellers is a liar and a heartless loser..Don't trust these people..run away don't walk..let these be your last option because if not you real regret it..willow Springs, and willow terrace are also apart of them..moving away from here was the best decision I've ever made..If you want to lose money I'm sure you can find a better way to do it other than this..They are super kind until you sign that lease..last but not least kids runnimg arounf acting like idiots..They will do anything lock you in!! Beware you have been warned!!! Bill really sucks..

I've lived here for over a year now, and what I've seen is appalling. We moved here because it was suppose to be a QUIET neighborhood. We found out this is NOT the case. Neighbors are loud, the children around the park is completely loud and disrespectful, there are very racist people. We were called white trash by people of colour. Now onto management. They don't care about anyone. All they want is your money!! If your tub cracked, don't expect them to fix it, because they wont. Did your floor begin to sink in certain areas? You MAY get it fixed, but it will look worse than before! Want to go swimming? That's too bad. ALL pools are down 70% of the summer, and when it is open, it is swarmed to the maximum with rude teenagers. Just avoid this place. It's the ghetto all the way.

It's a very cheep place and that says it all .. beware of this place, The only time bill and the office stiff get out is to go to lumch and go home rest of time only care money collection and fineing residents for not doing lawn care..

Avoid they will be nice till you sign and then the truth comes out you have no rights. Just pay and don't say a word. And surely don't expect them to keep up the whole property.

Avoid avoid avoid....this is THE Ghetto!!! Theft and gun shooting are the norm and children are left unattended and allowed to run amok. Everything is vandalized and no one in the office cares. They are incompetent and unconcerned. These three MHParks are owned and managed by the same people

this trailer park is horrendous, lived here for one year, bought a brand new trailer when we moved in and the skirting had been falling off since day one. also the air conditioner barely works and it was brand new as well. management refuses to do repairs.

On going problems that include telling people they are late with there lot payment just to get the 10 dollars a day late fee when they pay on time. the management job is to get all the cash she can however she can and put in her pocket before the owner know what is going on...People are trying to move out of here fast as they can....beware of this place....

This mobile hone park is a disgrace. No lights or security whatsoever.The park is trashy empty trashed out.Empty trailers are vandalized routinely on a weekly basis.Owners have filed chapter 11 so who knows what will happen next. Please,if you're looking for a home don't look here.

This place is bad and i live here, a lot of people moved out because no security, its dark, they dont fix nothing,

this mobile home park is a disgrace. no repairs, no security,seldom anybody at the office. no security whatsoever. The owners whoever they may be are without a doubt disreputable. I have lived here more than a year and not a day goes by without police being called. Owners have filed chapter 11 and they facilitate trailers bein stripped-insurance scam my opinion. I am still gathering evidence to hand over to proper authorities. My advice is don't make a deal here-you will be very sorry.

The potholds in the park are so bad have to repair your car if you hit one, most of the lights in the park are out. been liveing here a year notting been done to repair anything. police called here 3 or more times a week. not a good place.
