I was having a problem with my 2006 Honda and had taken it to another automobile shop where I was charged $480. After a few days I was still having problems. Had trouble with other mechanic.So, I proceeded to call Ivan at Import and he had my car in and out the same day for $190. I feel Ivan really showed concern and payed attention to detail. I would recommend Import Auto Parts of Texas to all of my friends.

i called ivan on 7-16-12 and asked him how much they would charge to look at my a/c n he told me $100,unless i let him fix it,than he wouldnt charge me,i informed him on the phone that i wouldnt b able to pay him until 8-1-12,and he told me,go ahead and bring my truck in and he would take care of us,instead they did the complete a/c work,charged $180.25 and i told him on the phone i had no $,i get there and only had $12 2 my name,had to leave him something for collateral so i left my cell phone and my spare tire,and i went and even paid $20 on 7-18-12 towards my balance,and asked the stupid mojo that works there if i could get my cell phone bk and id be in today to pay the rest because my daughter was sick and he told me,"im sorry i cant w/o him,that could be my job"screw them,the inside of there building is very hot and they dont keep it cool inside for there customers,screw them,they lost a good customer

Do not use! if you do, be sure to write down prices and check the work before you pay. Ivan Harris should not be trusted. Price was changed upon checkout with no acknowledgeent or apology. We were treated rudely. Too bad.. had a great experience here1.5 yr ago. The staff has changed. Ivan Harris needs to go. He is a liar and a cheat. There is no reason in the world to use this shop for repairs!!! DO NOT USE!!

took forever to repair.make up their own prices, and change them later.scam all customers...they lie about everything.BE WARNED
