with a tooth ache the last thing you want is the run aound. I called one office an was told nothing was available til Tue Feb 18. I called Ideal the orig apt was 1:00 but I was able to my wor covered by 9:45am I phoned the office they told me come on, so after minimal paperwork the office and staff had me fixed up I told them how much money I had and they were able to fix me right up without changing the plan of treatment. They made sure I understood all post op instructions gave me all the supplies that I would need I felt very good when I walked out of the office and am planning to use Ideal for my three kids in the very near future. The office staff was very friendly and informative. The office is very clean and the equipment used was up to date. The dentist took the time to go over the exam as well as answer any questions.

I have and do recommend Ideal Dental ...My daughter was the first to visit, she was so nervous but, they made her feel comfortable and safe. She ended up having to get 3 baby teeth removed, although she was super brave the entire staff was gentle and very patient with her.Thank you to all Ideal Dental Staff for making this a pleasant experience for her especially since she'll be getting braces this summer! Now it was my turn, I was already at ease being my daughter had just been there the previous week and I saw how great they all were. That was until I learned I had 2 cavities and they needed fillings. Then i became a nervous wreck. This would be the first work I've needed since having all 4 wisdom teeth extracted 7 yrs. earlier, which was a very traumatic experience. My blood pressure shot up and i was gripping the chair for dear life. They waited very patiently for me calm down before they began even tho they closed over an hour ago. Thanks again for not treating us like just a #.

My name is Myra and this is been the best experience of a dental office i had , everyone is very nice the service is quick and there was no pause or leaving the room to go see another patient , i really love the time the staff took to explain every single question and detail about what the process was even tho they were about to close, i love this place
