They were able to fit my wife in on short notice, however there were issues with billing. A $25 visit ballooned to a $105 visit when pricing for a “contact lens fitting” was added. Wouldn’t have been as big of a deal had they been up front about the cost prior to the service, but being informed of a fee only after a service is rendered was a bit of a black-eye.

Office worker started at 100% sure she said the price, but that quickly changed to a “well I may have forgotten to say it”. Asked for a refund on that part of the bill and was given a hard “No”.

Pricing with insurance is about what other offices charge for services without insurance. Make sure you know what your plan covers in the form of a complete breakdown and not service as a whole, otherwise you will walk out shorter on cash than expected.
