I am a single mom and I moved to Dallas back in August of 2012. I was looking for a car without having a big budget, but also with the desire of finding a good reliable car that will not break down on us. My youngest daughter saw a nice Nissan Murano on Craig's list ant this is how we found Hertel Auto.

We had the best experience ever in acquiring this car, because the people there are outstanding; the owner is truthful and fair, the cars they keep in stock are in excellent condition, thus I will always recommend them to all my friends and family. Our car is running great and we know you will not only find a great car there, but a very high, surprising, quality in service.

Found auto for sale on Craigslist. Called up and talked to the owner. Car presented in Craigslist was exactly as it was at the dealership. Nice Prius in great shape with high miles. Negotiated a good price that both of us accepted. Couple small problems with the car and the dealer is looking at them now. Car runs great. 51 mpg! Secretary nice. I experienced no problems in dealing with this dealership and plan on using Hertel again.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Hertel Auto Group. I've bought two vehicles from them and they've painted another vehicle for me. The owner, staff and body man are friendly and helpful

Overall experience with this dealership(if you can call it that) was dissapointing to say the least. The cars are of poor quality, and the work that they do on them is shoddy and cheap. This dealership is exactly what comes to mind when you imagine a slick haired, thin mustached car salesman whowould put water in the gas to make the tank appear full. Classless, and Dishonest, people like this have no right to do business in Fort Worth.
