Wow! I thought there was no hope for my carpet but after it was cleaned it looks brand new again! Thank you so much Helix carpet cleaning. Will not use anybody else. I got you guys programed in my cell phone so i won't loose your number!

I judge a company by how it handles themselves when things don't go as planned. The gentleman with Helix Carpet Cleaning was very professional, arriving on time and ready, however, the pump on his steam cleaning machine unexpectantly stopped working. I know how things can sometimes go wrong but he explained to me that he always kept a backup unit at the ready and after a quick trip he was back and cleaning my carpets! He first used a power scrubber and then the steam cleaning machine. My carpets have never looked this good in a long time ... he simply did a wonderful job!!!



I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family to him because I know first hand how important his customers are to him (keeping back up units ready) and how he takes the time to do it right.

I thought I was going to have replace my carpet,but then I decided to call Helix carpet cleaners and they made my carpet like new again ! The carpet cleaner was so nice and so honest that he gave me a senior citizens discount! That was 7 years ago and I have been using Helix carpet cleaning ever since then. They are so nice and so honest that I would not ever let anyone else clean my carpet. I recommend Helix carpet cleaning to everyone! Thank you Helix!
