This place is a joke. They almost never have a real doctor on staff. My childern never get the care they deserve and we are always left worse off then when we got there. My step daughter suffers from depression and her PCP will NOT help her at all we just got turned away at the counter cause they didnt want to take her as a walkin, (even tho they clearly just took a walk-in). All we wanted from this place was help, not once in our 5 years of putting up with this place have we felt satisfied. We will be finding a new PCP for my entire family.

Front staff is so rude....this is a health care office they should make people feel more welcome. They ask for you insurance and Id like if you were on a prison.where is the good costumer service in this place?

I have just visited this cattle call clinic for the last time. I have long felt that they never really listened to us but with kids and shot record, etc its sometimes easier to just deal with a dr rather than change. Especially if you are lucky enough to have fairly healthy children who don't need to see the dr for much more than shots and checkups. But today was the last straw. I made an appt for a 2nd in a series of 3 shots for my son. I made the appointment well in advance. After arriving at the clinic and waiting in the lobby and exam room a nurse told me they didn't have any more of the vaccines that I needed to make another appointment. You mean like the one I made for today??? I asked several management staff why they didn't have the common courtesy to call and let me know before I took off work and drove up to their office? They attend that they don't do that. Well...I don't do business with places that value their time only. My time and cash is just as important. We will NEVER be going back. Sad, because we have been going there since at least 2006. Never again! Crappy business management. Office manager should learn to manage an office and inventory and then follow it up with customer service training.

I would give 0 stars if you can go anywhere else do. This place should be out of business. They won't let you speak directly with your doctors, the doctor tells you one thing the office people tell you another there is no communication, they will do everything they can to get you in for a quick buck when it isn't necessary and they'll lie to do it. Just changed offices today I'm done with this place. If you go here even with an appointment plan on waiting 1-2 hours to get to the back room then prepare to wait another 30 min to an hour to be seen. Good luck

Bad place to come

I will never come back again. Terrible workers. Treat patients with no respect. When u pay it has to be a good insurance, other why u have medicaid or chip they will not treating u equal like other patient's.

Front desk staff doesn't seem friendly.

There might be 2 out of all of them that is friendly. The rest of them act like they don't know how to smile or treat people with kindness. It does give the feel of a government run facility where people are just there to collect a paycheck. Ms.Gonzalez on the other hand is great! :))

This place is terrible. All of the other reviews are dead-on. I started going here regularly a couple of years ago to establish a primary physician. I should've changed after my first visit, but I didn't want to try to establish another doctor. BIG MISTAKE. The first time I went I told them I was there because I needed a Primary Care Physician. They saw me and had me come back to test a med they prescribed me. When I came back they had no record of me ever being there. They attempted to blame it on me saying that I told them not to transfer my medical file from another facility. I asked them why they thought I would tell them not to transfer the file when my ENTIRE purpose for going there was to make that my permanent physician's office.

Things went downhill from there. Every time I've gone for my SCHEDULED appointment I've had to wait at least 30 minutes...usually longer. The staff is extremely rude. Especially the ladies that work the front desk. I have a couple of medications that are long term meds. Every time they are due to be refilled it is a hassle. They ask you not to leave a message but have the pharmacy contact them. However, if you don't stay on them it won't get filled at all.

The most recent (and the last time I will ever step foot in the office) problem was when I showed up for my appointment a couple of weeks ago. I took off that morning to drive in which is 45 minutes away. When I got there they had a sign on the door that said their computers were down and they weren't seeing patients. I suggested that maybe they could print out a list the night before in case something like that happened...That way they could notify people before they wasted the time and gas to come in. Since they could care less about customer service, I'm sure that never crossed their minds. I was told to write down my name and number, and they would call me back to reschedule. I did so just to see if they would actually call even though I had no intention of going back. SURPRISE - still no call!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I've been going there for too long and pretty much every time it's a bad experience. I should have found a REAL doctor's office a long time ago and now I will. First off I've seen my doctor twice since I've been going there. It doesn't matter if I have an appointment or not. I usually get stuck with one of those hack PAs (physicians assistant). The reason why they use PAs is so they can deal in volume of people. This is QUANTITY OVER QUALITY. The wait is ALWAYS ridiculous. I don't think I've ever been there when there's less than 15 people waiting and then when you do get called back it's another long wait. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment because my doctor was never there. My last experience I had gone in for pain. They don't know how to care for people. They prescribed an antibiotic but nothing for pain. When I asked about something for the pain I was treated like a crack addict wanting crack. The PA just blew me off. Total lack of patient care.

Office staff is rude!!

My daughter has only been there twice.. The first time was a week ago for a check up.. Which I had an appointment for. They told me my appt was for another day which it wasn't bc I had specifically requested that day. They told me I would have to reschedule which I was not happy about because I have a crazy work schedule. After having a fit the office manager agreed to let me stay. The Dr was beyond professional but my daughter became ill a week after her visit. I calle the office for their hours because they allow walk in appts.. They told me they were open til 7 sobi proceeded to tell them my daughter had a fever of 103.2 and complained of a headache an I would be on my way. She then told me I couldn't because they quit taking walk-ins at 5:00 and it was now 5:30.i have never heard of an office not taking an established pt when they were sick especially when they had an hour and half b4 closing!i have since addresses my concerns to the office manager and all she had to say was they have never had that problem before! Well guess now they have!

I would say to go some where else. The office had the feel of a government run health clinic. There was a little boy in the waiting room that was playing unedited Eminem. His dad did nothing. I am guessing this is a great place if you get Medicaid. They charged me $230.00 just for the office visit. I am sure it would have been cheaper to go to care now. I needed Xrays of my foot and they had NO idea how to read them. I was then sent to a foot specialist who had a machine that was for feet. I wish I had just gone there first. Live and learn. They charged $80 for the foot Xray. I will pay it and move on, but will never go back.

This place is the worst medica...

This place is the worst medical place I have ever been to...I had to wait 2 hours just to see a PA (and I had an appt...I was not a walk in). The front desk staff and those who answer the phone are RUDE!!! I left several messages on different days needing my test results and I never received a call back. When I call the main line all they do is transfer me back to the nurse. I will NEVER go back to this place again.

Worst clinic in Ft Worth

This clinic is the worst one ever. The staff is completely incompetent.... Drs aren't bad, just "nurses" and "office staff".... It's filthy and dirty and just gross. I wouldn't even take my dog there...let alone my kids there.

This place is aweful! I am in need of a simple signature showing I followed my doctors orders from a visit about a year ago and they said said they cannot just sign off. I told them that they were the ones who prescribed the treatment and I followed their orders now I cannot pass a physical because they wont open my medical history with out me driving from Houston to Ft worth and paying for a docters visit. Awful clinic

I had a chest X-ray a week ago to see if I have pneumonia. I have left 3 msgs and still no callback. This place is dirty, smells like smoke and should be shut down. Getting a quick appointment isn't worry this. I don't recommend.

This use to be a good clinic to go to. I had been going there for years for all my families medical needs. But the past year or so it has gone WAY down hill. First off the place is so dirty. You are more likely to catch something by just walking in there. Second off the wait to see a Dr or PA is awful. Even with an appointment. Third, don't even try to tell them you dont want to use your insurance for a simple office visit. When I say simple I mean no test or anything like that. Just a plain ol office visit for a cold or sore throat. The RUDE office staff will tell you how you can NEVER use your insurance there again if you dont give it to them. Even if you pay cash that day for your visit. Correct me if i'm worng but I think they can't do that.They are a sneaky cheating company. Save your health and wallet the trouble and go else where. Like Care Now.They treat you right and don't over or double charge you. PLUS they actually listen to you and try their best to fix what ever is wrong with you.
