Terrible customer service and policies. We ordered a foundation certification and cancelled the order the same day. We have email evidence of this timing. The company refunded the money but kept 5% of the fee for the foundation certification despite being cancelled same day. There is a credit card authorization form that was signed, but nowhere on this form does it state policy of a 5% fee. Regardless, since no work was performed why would they charge a fee at all? We tried to review with their customer service rep Makenna, but she was uncooperative and borderline rude. there are plenty of better run companies out there. Choose one of them.
