We bought a flight for 2, but missed our time due to illness. I admitted fault , hoping they would make a concession. They just said "sorry, you lost your seats and all the money you paid."



This is some of the worst customer relations I have ever dealt with. I own my own business, and sometimes you have to make concessions, regardless of whose fault it is. I will NEVER deal with them again!!!

Extremely dissapointed. I was shocked at the lack of professionalism, accountability and common courtesy.
