Told me a few days, almost two weeks later I'm still waiting. First week I drove by and looked like it hadn't even been touched. My car was still able to run and drive so it would of been nice to know the first week I could of still been using it. They said they been waiting for an adjuster to approve a part needed but if it was needed why not of ordered it already? If it wasn't approved then what.. we would of still had to pay for it so time was just wasted once again. Don't go here if you don't have a rental car and need your car back quickly.

Took my truck there after hitting a deer at the recommendation of my insurance company. When I pulled up to pick up my truck right away I noticed my head light extremely crooked. No big deal they fixed it while I took care of paying the bill. I didn't look it over well when I picked it up but when I got home I started to see how badly the hood lined up with the fender wells. I was going to just chuck it up to experience but I had a knocking in the front end. I pulled my grill off to look for what was loose. I found a bolt that they cross threaded and just left it loose. Upon further inspection I found the top plate which the fender is bolted to on the forward frame busted off. They knew it was broke. The other side had the welded nut broke off also and left loose. I found just about every bolt loose. The hood wasn't buffed out properly and had a dent in it. I wouldn't take a bicycle to them. He did offer to fix what was wrong but the job should have been done right first, besides it would have just been the same guys working on it and I didn't want them to touch it again. I will just live with the hood even though it doesn't line up with the body. Don't use them.
