Fast and convenient. There are no long lines and the staff is knowledgeable.

Going Parcel is awesome. I've used them several times with no problems. They are very professional and helpful. I also like the fact that they are a local business. I am sure that if I ever had a problem with any of their services and I was acting rationally at all I could talk to them about it and get it sorted out. This place will continue to get my business. :)

This company is local based and local focused. If you are looking for great service and honesty and integrity, I can say that this is the place to go. Say hi to Matt and Adam. Good guys!

I've been dropping off items at Going Parcel w/no problems and decided to take advantage of their service to check out my laptop... HUGE HUGE MISTAKE!!!!



I took my 24-month old laptop in to be checked out



---in PERFECT CONDITION w/NO scratches or markings of ANY kind---



and got it back with MISSING PARTS AND NOT WORKING AT ALL.



Co-owner Adam said he'd also be very upset if this was his laptop & would talk to the other co-owner Matt to see what they would do for me. BUT I NEVER received a return phone call! (No surprise!)



I had to make a MULTIPLE TRIPS back to address ALL THE ISSUES!



When I contacted the business again (since they never called me back to correct this situation), I was told by co-owner Adam that they weren't going to make ANY compensation at all!



Now, I'm waIting for MY SMALL CLAIMS COURT DATE to make them be responsible for the damage they did to my laptop, which was caused from just being neglectful.



Bottom line.... DON'T TRUST Going Parcel THEY DON’T KNOW COMPUTERS!!!!!!!
