Worst company ever



bought a 2005 bmw from them and told me that it had a 3 month warranty and that they were going to fix the oil leak and 3 months later i have taken it to them 4 times and they kept it for 3+ days each time and HAVE YET TO FIX THE REAL ISSUE

Dont purchase from here. Check engine lights are reset. Light comes on in two days. Owner just keep doing this to keep from repairing properly.

A month ago I totaled my car and was searching for one in the Austin/Fort Worth areas to no avail. I found a 2008 C350 on the Global 1 Auto website. The staff was very quick in responding and answering any questions i had. I was able to work out a deal and pick up the car the next day. The car was in very good shape and the owner informed us before the purchase that the tires would need to be changed within half a year. I've had the car for a month now and have had no problems with it at all. The engine runs very smooth and the tires are in good condition. An oil change was performed before purchase and the interior was very clean. The car was very reasonably priced for the make and year, even more so considering this is a dealership not a sale by owner. They overnighted the license plates, which arrived in under 24 hours. I am extremely satisfied with the purchase and love my new car. I would recommend this place for anyone in search of a used car, especially on a tight time frame. Thank you to Mike and the rest of the Global 1 Auto team for being so accommodating and helpful especially in a time of desperation.

Hi everyone. Just thought I might give you a little bit of information that can be of use to you.

1.) Submit a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

2.) File a Consumer Complaint with the Office of the Attorney General of Texas

I bought a 06 VW Jetta from them last week. The check engine light was on but they had reset it. I took it to a dealer to have it looked at. It was sold illegally by selling me that car with it not being able to pass an emissions test. Plus the car was not sold as described. I right now have a nice car, that needs $2,500 in repairs (I paid nearly 500 today to fix what caused the check engine light to come on) I need new tires because theres metal that I didn't see. So Im about to sue them and file a formal complaint to the state of Texas. Corporation maybe in need of a CLASS ACTION SUIT. Any Takers?

I drove from houston texas to purchase an 2002 gmc envoy,,with 120,000 on it,story short,he turn on onstar and said it goes off by itself,so i believed him.he was anxious to get my cash money.and mike said I have 2 month waranty.well im a Christian and trusted him tjo not lie,thats all this man mike has done was lie,he told me all thier cars come from banks.he told me bank checked this car out and it was fine.I got in and started the car,automatically light comes on and says,,LOW OIL PRESSURE,AND TO STOP ENGINE.OMG..I called mike few times.finally he called me.i told him what was going on,and he said,the car was fine.the warning was there because of oil change.again i believed him..Then the odometer finally read 174,000 miles on this car,,wht a liar,I would have never drove from Houston to Fort Worth for a car in this shape.I'm not leaving till they make this right with me,not good business ethics at all....stuck in Fort Worth. .catherine carrasco..9368270261

I would not recommend that you buy a bicycle from this place. They keep your car doing repairs lie the whole time saying when it will be done and its not and wont answer the phone when you call and they recognize your number but if you call from a different phone they will. Horrible Horrible place a mistake I will never make again I tell anyone to RUN from this place do not waste your money or your time dealing with these people. They were so nice while getting my down payement and promised to have the car ready on Monday when I did pick it up there was steel sticking out of the tires that I did not see at first and had to buy tires in order to drive safely and it was more than a week before they would take it back to fix the problems. i put my car in on Monday it is Thursday and I am still waiting. Don't do business with these people please you will regret it.
