They were nice to my kids during school photos, but the pictures aren't great and you can't simply buy what you want. It has to be one of their "packages." I don't need a dozen wallet size photos. I want one large for myself and a few 4X5s for the grandparents. The "a la carte" options aren't much help since they are way overpriced.

This company is a RIPOFF! We did our sons Senior pics through Glamourcraft since they were recommended by the school. Worst mistake ever, we had a family emergency in October and my husband had 2 strokes and 4 brain surgeries over the holidays. Picture sales were not my focus, my husband living was my focus. I called the company here in Fort worth to ask for their help with a coupon so we could buy our sons Senior photos and explained what happened, and that we are now on disability, any help would be greatly appreciated. The woman told me she couldn't help me and that I will have to pay FULL price for his pics. This is truly heartbreaking that this company has no compassion and is driven only to get your dollar. We will never go back here again for anything. Stay away from Glamourcraft! This should be a happy memorable moment in our life we can brag about, Glamourcraft of Fort Worth has stolen that from us since I can't afford his pics at FULL price.
