Deceptive pricing practice - I used my insurance "know your cost" tool to select this provider as the best priced MRI provider in my area, but once I had the appointment and got there the actual cost was $100 more even though I had my printout of what it should be and there were several other providers cheaper than the actual price but more than their deceptive advertised estimate.

Great facility very friendly and professional have been there on three separate visits excellent every tine

this facility's staff had me sign several personal pages of information, including but not limited to HIPPA LAWS, which promise PRIVACY, THEN THEY GAVE A STRANGER MY PICTURE DRIVERS LICENSE, PERSONAL MEDICAL INFORMATION ON TWO MEDICAL IDs. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE NOR DO I RECOMMEND THIS STAFF OR LOCATION. They did not even know until I insisted they help me locate my private documents where they had placed them. Yet, they had given MY PERSONAL IDENTITY, EVEN PICTURE ID to A STRANGER WHO was also a patient there!!! When they found her, she had her cellphone out...was she taking pics of my identity? How will I ever know? I FEEL VIOLATED AND THIS PLACE AND STAFF BEHAVIOR IS UNACCEPTABLE. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY...GO TO A HOSPITAL, stay away from STAND ALONE FACILITIES THAT CAN'T KEEP UP WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
