I have had dealings with Craig at Golden Triangle Collision twice now in the past 3 years with kid's vehicles. Craig is very up front, honest and does what he says he will do. Having had no prior auto claims nor experience with these things Craig made the situations bearable. I would definitely recommend calling him when in need of collision repair.

I recently had my daughters Kia Sorento front end rebuilt after an accident. They worked with my insurance company, keep me in the loop on status of vehicle and returned it to me looking better than before the accident.

Took my truck there after hitting a deer at the recommendation of my insurance company. When I pulled up to pick up my truck right away I noticed my head light extremely crooked. No big deal they fixed it while I took care of paying the bill. I didn't look it over well when I picked it up but when I got home I started to see how badly the hood lined up with the fender wells. I was going to just chuck it up to experience but I had a knocking in the front end. I pulled my grill off to look for what was loose. I found a bolt that they cross threaded and just left it loose. Upon further inspection I found the top plate which the fender is bolted to on the forward frame busted off. They knew it was broke. The other side had the welded nut broke off also and left loose. I found just about every bolt loose. The hood wasn't buffed out properly and had a dent in it. I wouldn't take a bicycle to them. He did offer to fix what was wrong but the job should have been done right first.

I had to get the hood of my car replaced because of an accident. They ordered the hood and had it painted and ready to install the next afternoon. The installation only about 20 minutes and I was on my way. The whole job even ended up costing less than they had quoted originally. As if all of this wasn't wonderful enough, Justin even told me where I could go to get some paint for some other scratches on my car for cheaper than he could do it. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

These guys are great.. being a female I figured going in there i would get totally taken advantage of but not the case here at all.. All the staff there were friendly and went out of their way to make car look better than it did before the accident.. and for the most part they covered my deductable.. and I got a life time warranty with the work.. and their shop and office was the cleanest i think ive ever seen... thanks guys..for the great work..

Smooth and Seamless, after speaking with a few other companies I could tell these guys know what they are talking about. No attitudes No Bad Mouthing any other companies, just straight forward answers to your questions. In my reasearch I saw these reviews and I take them for what their worth, just another persons opinion. Then I checked the BBB and Not a single complaint in 30+ years of service. Finaly when I went in to talk to Justin I noticed the High End cars they were working on; Vetts, Beamers and Custom Classics so you know the best business resource is word of mouth and repeat business so God forbid I have another "Hit and Run CLOWN' incident I know with confidance Golden Triangle is The Place to Go!!! And yes my car actually came back better than it went in. Sorry Jack / Justin for the added presure but its the truth!! Thanks for everything!!! mj

When I got into my car accident I thought to myself "boy this is going to loads of fun dealing with all the headaches, that are normally associated with auto accidents, insurance companies and trying to get my car repaired right the first time." Justin and Jack and the crew at their shop are top notch and a pleasure to do business with. Justin dealt with the insurance company, Jack over saw the repairs and delivered my car on time as promised, with a lifetime warranty and helped me out with part of my insurance deductible. With three teenagers getting ready to drive, I'm sure this won't be the last time they see me for repairs.

They are friendly, have reasonable prices, knowledgeable staff and they got the job done right and fast! Hopefully, I won't need to go back, but if I do, I would not hesitate.

THEY GOT MY CAR, AND TOOK CARE OF THE INSURANCE COMPANYFOR ME WHICH WAS A HEAVY WEIGHT LIFTED OFF OF MY SHOLDERS. THEN NOT ONLY DID I GET MY CAR BACK LOOKING BETTER THAN IT WAS BEFORE THE WRECK, BUT THEY ALSO PAID MY DEDUCTABLE FOR ME.
