Terrible experiences. The last time I went to this shop to get my oil change, I specifically told the owner to be careful with the lift because my car (G35 sedan) is lower than most of the old trucks they "work" on. I asked him to put 2x4's up before the lift so my car would not scratch, but he ignored my request.I watched through the window as the "certified" technician speedily drove my car up the ramp, and cringed as they backed it up, hearing the underbody scratching while inside.

When driving home from the oil change I heard a constant scraping sound on the bottom of the car. After closer inspection I noticed that BOTH of the splash guards and the exhaust brace were mangled and scraping the ground. They DID NOT INFORM me of any DAMAGE prior to leaving the shop. After coming in and complaining, the owner said he would pay for the damages but recommended me a shop of which their sign was so faded I could not even tell the name of the business (not to mention the inability to drive my car anywhere close due to terrible roads). It has taken me over 3 weeks to deal with a simple oil change and I still have not had the repair complete by a much more trusted shop. Also, they WROTE IN BLACK SHARPIE on my silver ENGINE cover "5qts oil" in scribble. WHY??? It has not come off due to them not informing of this either, and now is TERRIBLE to look at during car shows. All in all there were over $600 of DAMAGES to my car after a simple OIL CHANGE.

I would STRONGLY suggest to NEVER go to the business unless you want to deal with weeks of scheduled maintenance after a simple "fix"

I highly recommend this shop. They do quick, reliable work and have usually had the best prices too. Never had any problems taking my truck here.

You can always count on George to take care of you at G & M. My family and I have relied on him to take care of our vehicles for many years and plan to continue to keep him as our trusted auto advisor. Thanks George!
