Great and fast service. I turned in 16 blades to be sharpened and they were ready the next day !! Very knowledgeable staff also. Lots of products for sale in showroom.

I have brought my clippers here from my barber shop and I have never been disappointed with thier work. keep up the good work.

I wouldnt trust anyone but them to work on my clippers and sharpen my blades.

Went here to get my Kitchen Aid mixer fixed. The technician told me he would be able to get to it in 3-5 days he got to it in 2 and fixed it the same day. I thought it was going to cost hundreds to get it fixed it only cost 45. I am very pleased with the work and will be going back to get my knives sharpened and a old lamp I have. Used Fort Worth shaver for my lamp repair and they did an awesome job. They Rewired the whole thing and put new sockets in it. They had to practically rebuild one of them for me. I was in constant contact with a gentleman named Marc he kept me updated and bounced ideas off of me on my lamp to help make the lamp just how I wanted it. I will deffineatly return with more lamps and other kitchen appliances like my KitchenAid mixer. Thank you guys keep up the good work.

I just left this morning and got a call 4 hours later saying my clippers and blades are done. I call that service keep up the good work guys.

I've been coming here for clipper repairs for years and they have always done a good job and have a good turn around time. I have tried other sharpeners and repair centers and no one else can sharpen my blades like they can.

I've done business with Bill and Fort Worth Shaver & Appliance for years, I stop by his booth every year at the Fort Worth Stock Show - he is the best in town. Very friendly customer service!

Very courteous and helpful on phone. Had all the parts I needed for my DoubleK clipper. Price was very fair.

They have repaired several items for me from shavers to mixers. Always done properly, promptly and at a reasonable price. For a small store they have a wide selction of products also at very reasonable prices. Will continue to bring them my business. Jim Z

Terrible customer service- I sent clipper blades in to have them sharpened on a specific time frame and they missed the deadline and then lied about called and leaving a voicemail, thus making me purchase new blades just to be ready for the show.I will never do business with them again.

Terrible customer service. I left my expresso machine in June. To date (November) it is not fixed. When I call, I get the same story, "We've replaced what we thought was wrong, now we're waiting on more parts." Hmf. I am very unhappy and cannot recommend them for anything!

The worst customer service. Rude staff. Wouldn't tell me how long my repair would take. Lied about when they ordered the parts. I had to demand a receipt when I left my vaccum for repair. The guy kept telling me it would be OK, I didn't need a receipt "he'd remember me". It's been 3 weeks and they tell me it will be ready when they get around to it. There's too many other companies that would rather have my business and my hard earned money. You can bet Fort Worth Shaver and Appliance will never see me again.

Great service, knowledgable staff. Some dog grooming supplies, excellent clipper sharpening service. Competitive pricing on grooming appliances like the K-9 II force dryer. Excellent repair service.
