We had an awesome experience with Ft. Worth Billiards while shopping for a pool table and poker table. The staff was very knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy at all. Gave us space to discuss the different options presented to us. The delivery team showed up on time and was very friendly and even provide suggestions on the best position or the tables. I would highly recommend Ft Worth Billiards to anyone looking to purchase any gaming/entertainment supplies!!

We purchased a pool table and a shuffleboard table and they were delivered the day before the ice storm. We had so much fun while we were iced in, we played both for several hours with our teenager! The staff was so patient and helpful as we had never purchased anything like this before. I like that I could pick out the finish on the tables and the color of felt that would coordinate well with our home décor. We couldn't be more pleased! My husband wants to go back to buy a dartboard now...!!!

we just bought a pool table and accessories from ft.worth billiards,MR. RICHARD as well as the rest of the staff at ft.worth billiards are great !!! Richard was vary knowledgeable on product and price, made great deals and took great care of us.! Richard called us a couple of weeks after the install just like he said he would to make sure all went well and that we where satisfied. the install fellas did a vary professional job, showed us how everything worked and was vary respectful. there are NO reasons to go anywhere else for game room products, they have it all and at a good price.

Ft Worth Billiards is awesome! We found a Brunswick table at a fantastic price. Richard was extremely knowledgeable about the pool table and their customer service is awesome. In fact, after they delivered the pool table, we found a cosmetic flaw in the leather pocket that was really bothering us. I called in the morning and they were there that afternoon. Jimmy replaced the pocket and was so wonderful about the entire situation. Highly recommended!!

I recently purchased a Brunswick pool table from Fort Worth Billiards. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I spent at least 30 min with one staff person picking out my table and asked tons of questions. They easily answered all the questions I had. The install was scheduled one week later. The install crew has been installing pool tables for many years and did a perfect job. Everything with Fort Worth Billiards went perfect. I would highly recommend if you want a top quality pool table professionally installed.

I have purchased other items in the past, such as pool cues and accessories and have always had a good expeirience. My pool table purchase was very professional and Albert was very polite and very helpful. The sale and installation went very smooth and I am very happy with the overall experience.

Just wanted to say that the entire staff at Fort Worth Billiards went out of their way to provide excellent customer service! We had a custom order including a special logo for our shuffleboard table which required additional kid glove handling. An unanticipated delay occured in the manufacturing process, but they took care of us! A loaner table was provided while we waited for our special table - I call that going ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service! Thanks a million!!

My wife and I was tired of going to the local bar just to shoot pool. Either the people were getting loud or the music was too loud, always something. I bought a Pool table and Shuffleboard table at Fort Worth Billiards recently. From the moment we walked in the door the staff made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Albert did a excellent job of educating us about both tables and never made us feel rushed. The install team did a great job as well. The made sure we were happy with all aspects of the install. They placed blankets on our railing to ensure nothing was damaged moving the equipment in. I would highly recommend when you are looking for entertainment equipment to go to Fort Worth Billiards.
