We had been looking for a game table to seat six for a while and were fortunate enough to find Fort Worth Billiards. We found just what we were looking for - a solid piece of furniture at a good price. The staff provided phenomenal service from the time we walked in through delivery and set up. They were friendly, professional and patient. We worked with Deryck sales-and Daisy - cashier..

We are new to buying & owning a pool table. Albert Trujillo talked us through all of our options. He was clear, very helpful, answered all our questions and with no pressure. Delivery was on schedule, the set up crew was extremely professional and also gave some good advice. I'm positive we'll be back to the store as we complete out game room. My Husband and I recently purchased a pool table from here. It was used but in excellent condition. Included in the price was new fabric, delivery and setup. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and helpful. My Husband has wanted a pool table for many years. Thanks Ft. Worth Billiards for making a dream come true.

In response to the 1 star review by Terri J. In all fairness, we publicly reply with our side of the story. We apologize for the misunderstanding and misinterpretation you had with our company. We gladly refunded your account for the work that was not completed. The genuine reason we refrained from completing the job was because you initially wanted a FREE service valued at $545 and claiming we were deceptive and liars. After you accepted a discount we offered and agreed upon, (By the way, this has nothing to do with a warranty) You displayed your frustration socially, it was pretty obvious to withdraw from completing our scope of work. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and write how they feel, but we have the right to defend our name when such allegations are not true in terms of lying to our customers. We wish you all the best.

wish we would have received the same service as everyone else. We have had the worst service EVER!!!! I wrote my review on GOOGLE stating how they deceived us into buying a pool table by lying. And now they are calling us and telling us they will never do business with us again and we have a LIFETIME warranty with them! So i guess when you write a truthful review about them, they do not want to finish putting the pool table back up after they were already paid to do so.

First things first...NO PRESSURE, Mr. Albert Trujillo was very attentive to our needs and answered all my questions but also addressed some of my wife's questions and concerns. This is the second pool table I have purchased from Ft Worth Billiards, although not delivered and assembled yet, if the service is as good as the first time, I can honestly say, "it will be top notch", hence me returning to purchase my second table. I am looking forward to having a complete game room/man cave again and with this kind of service from Ft Worth Billiards, I am sure I'll be visiting Albert more often.

We purchased a used pool table from Ft. Worth Billiards on Friday before Christmas. Richard was our salesman and he was awesome. He was knowledgable and easy to discuss our options with. The table was delivered on Monday. The delivery crew was very professional and courteous. We have gone back to the store to make additional purchases. We recently purchased our family Christmas present- a beautiful black and chestnut claw foot 8-ft Brunswick pool table from Fort Worth Billiards. We made a visit to the showroom last holiday season and learned that we had a lot to learn before purchasing the right table. The staff was so helpful and never tried to sell us on anything other than what we really wanted for our family. They were great at explaining the differences available but working with us to make our own decision. After choosing the table and then a cue holder, we started looking at barstools and tables. They took us into the back room where they stored the trade ins. These all looked like brand new! We ended up with a new table but used stools and an awesome players chair! They made us great deals and they made us very comfortable with our decision. Possibly the best part was delivery within 2 wks. They completely set up our table UPSTAIRS with a smile on their faces. Very friendly and made sure we understood all of our new addition to the family. All around- we couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Fort Worth Billiards to anyone with a game room.

The staff and products are awesome. They were very patient with us and got us the perfect table and accessories. Very friendly and down to earth. Made us feel like family.
