away from this company. Sent an inexperienced technician who wired my blower motor in incorrectly and left the after filling the unit with freon, left the valves open letting all the freon leak out. When I requested a partial refund, the owner agreed I deserved it and we amicably agreed that he would send a check. It has been over a month and still no check. If I call from a number he recognizes he hangs up on me. If I call from another number he says he mailed a check two days ago (each time). These people are under qualified, unprofessional, and dishonest! I will never see a refund and I am out almost $600.00. I had to call another company out and they were amazed at the poor quality of work done by Fry's.

chris and his team came out and fixed my unit the same day, his teams knowledge was the best ive recieved from multiple ac companys. Chris is straight forward and will complete the job to perfection. Thanks for everything
