i do not like this place becau...

i do not like this place because the water bill is over the top. they average all the units together to give you a group price which i dont think is fair when you dont use the water like everyone else in the building. everyone is nice and friendly and they try their best. these apartments are just old and need to be thrown down

Friendly staff and prompt service.

Nice place to live, very friendly staff and VERY PROFESSIONAL. They get the job done when you turn in a service order, done so quick. Going on 2 years living here, never had much of a problem, if any problems, tell the mgmt, gets taken care of immediately!

They are always willing to work with you and they make sure you are happy. The only problems here is no washer/dryer connections, and no storage/linan closets.
