Where do I begin. I currently live in Southern California searching for a drilling job in Fort Worth, Texas. Foundation drillers inc posted an ad for a drilling operator position. I sent in a resume and got a response from Spencer. After speaking to him we both were in agreement we'd meet up in Fort Worth on Feb 4th 2015. I booked a flight from LAX to DFW. Reserved my hotel and car rental. Mind you, Spencer and I had been in contact, days leading up to the 4th. From the sound of his voice, he was excited to meet. Well low and behold on the day we agreed to meet, knowing that I was in town for that specific reason, he gave me the run around that he busy and couldn't do it that day. The following day he called to tell me he had already hire someone. I was absolutely stun and disappointed. At the very least he could've met up with me and said it to my face. Few 1500 miles for that. A 14 year foundation drilling operator with endless hours of experience and talent. Where is your professionalism? This is unacceptable. Hard to believe this is how you conduct business.
