i.e., A locaWhen your air goes out on a 100+ day it is miserable. I could not get my regular company to come out for 4 days so I started reading reviews. I found some of the best with Fort Worth Air. I called left a message and promptly my call was returned. Sonny was very professional and best of all could be here within a couple of hours. He assessed the problems quickly and quoted a fair price not the cheapest but I did feel the value of having the parts with him and the quick response. I trusted his work and felt he knew what he was doing. I was excited to have my air working well within an hour or so. He also made me feel confident regarding the 14yr old unit itself and showed me different procedures to keep it running for a long time to come. Thanks Sonny I can not say enough how much I appreciate your professionalism, your knowledge and your abiltiy to get the job done quickly. I have had such a great exuberance with Fort Worth Air I have a 20 yr old system that had failed i couldn't afford to replace the whole system at the time it broke down i had two other company's come out and because it was that old they didn't want to work on it or try to fix it Fort Worth Air was very nice telling me that it was a miner fix and that i wasn't feeling like i was being forced to buy something i couldn't afford on a fixed income Thank you James he was the tech that came out and he informed me of a few helpful tips till i can replace my system Thank You Fort worth Air
