Provided by YPmobileI have been looking for a good dentist for years. I finally found it. This place is awesome. I took my daughter first and they were all awesome especially the hygienist. She explain in great detail and tryed to make my daughter very comfortable. I later returned for myself and had my teeth cleaned and later had to have some pulled. I was so scared. Dr. Justin did awesome and made me feel comfortable. This is the best dentist. You will be very happy with them!!!!!

Provided by YP.comI saw Dr. Zang for a root canal in October. I was given a quote by his office manager for the work. I signed it and agreed. I ended up spending over $500 more than that quote due to, as they called it, "human error". That human error was never fixed but I was already half way through the procedure. I agreed to pay the difference so that the work would get done. By the way, Dr. Zang said about 5 words to me over my 4 office visits. My work was completed in December. Today, 2/9/12, I receive a bill in the mail requesting me to pay more money. They weren't honest from the get go and never even requested that I become a full time patient (i.e. schedule a follow up visit in 6 months). They want your money and not your business. If you go, enjoy!
I am truly sorry that happened to you. I know going to the dentist is hard enough for some people, and not getting all of the information just added to it. We had some new staff members then and since then they are well-versed in explaining treatment fully. We appreciate your feedback, but for a more rapid response you can always call us and speak to the manager in person if something is bothering you. We would like the chance to make it up to you, so please give us a call and we can set something up. Thanks again for letting us know!
